    • March 2026 officer elections. At January session we will open nominations. Continue through Wed of March session.
    • We will hold TGbk and TGbf awards on Wednesday (awaiting confirmation that the awards can be delivered)

November 2025 session and prior follow up (Stephen McCann)
    • Subgroup minutes: Lots of minutes in. Volker sent out reminders.
    • Webpage updates: Most updated after November session
    • Timeline updates: A few minor updates. 11bi WG ballot updated.
    • Telecons: Everything populated for January.
 
January 2026 session -
    • Venue is Victoria Conference Centre and Fairmont Empress, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Registration is open.
    • Registration totals (Jon Rosdahl)
    • In-room Webex/video/audio training session planned for Sunday at 14:30.
      • If you have had problems, please attend the training session.
      • Includes training on Slido, the polling tool
      • Stephen McCann is running the training.

      • Stephen has sent to CAC reflector.

        • This will go on the agenda for the Feb 802 telecon

Review NesCom/RevCom/SASB deadlines:
    • December 8-10: NesCom/RevCom/SASB (20 October deadline)
      • 11bi PAR modification – approved
 
 March 2026 session is in Vancouver, Canada
    • Registration has open.
 
WNG/new work and university outreach (Jim Lansford)
    • Call goes out this week. Expect several submissions. Will need a second meeting.
 
Round table and AOB
  • Lei: Get some guidance from IEEE on Calum email. We’ll (802.11WG officers + WNG SC officers) meet right after the Sunday CAC.
  • Tuncer: Need to start a LB. Looking for editor and then will run ballot.

Action items
  1. Updated telecons page and reflector request page. Just request a name, member can enter in preferred form.
  2. Presenters to be asked to turn off formatting markers (dots in spaces, CRLFs, tab arrows, etc.) when presenting Word documents
    • Robert to put something in the announcements section for a couple or sessions
  3. IMAT grace period to be reinstated after the end of a slot
    • Metting scheduling tool modified. Effective at the November session.
