I put this aside as a disaster recovery. It is also potentially useful as I can extract tables of headings/tables/figures in database form if so needed. (BTW, the database tool has a bunch of features that are not exposed through the user-interface for validating and filling in blank page/link/subclause values given the table of headings.)
