Hello All,
I have made some improvements to the online CR tool. From your account pulldown, do a "Clear and Reload". After reload, you should see a new version "802tools: 2.0.1"
The main improvements:

The "Can't find group 802.11" error has been fixed

Pasting from a Word doc into the resolution field has improved:

If you paste (or type in) <this document> it will be replaced by link to the submission (in the Submission field, if it exists).

If the text you copied from a Word document is a table cell, then the paste will ignore the table cell formatting. (Many comment resolvers put their resolution in the cell of a table in their Word doc, and this makes
it easier to use copy and paste)

If the first paragraph of the paste is "accepted", "revised" or "rejected" then the resolution checkbox is set appropriately and the word (accepted/revised/rejected) is not added to the resolution field itself.
For example, if you select a resolution cell like this:
