INCENTIVE AUCTION TASK FORCE ANNOUNCES NEW DETAILS ON UPCOMING WORKSHOP REGARDING UNLICENSED SPECTRUM ISSUES GN Docket No. 12-268 As part of its Learn Everything About Reverse-Auctions Now Program (LEARN), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) previously announced that it would host a workshop on Friday, November 8, 2013, to discuss unlicensed spectrum issues related to the broadcast television spectrum incentive auction proceeding.1
