Re: [STDS-802-11-REG] DSRC Coexistence Tiger Team call: 18 Oct 2013

Hi Jim and All:

Thanks for the agenda.

The harmful interference presentation for today's meeting is now available on mentor:
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/13/11-13-1309-00-0reg-harmful-interference-to-dsrc-systems.pptx

Also, the CAMP Vehicle Safety Communications 3 consortium (VSC3), which consists of eight automakers working in partnership with the US Department of Transportation, has conducted some testing of DSRC receiver sensitivity.  A summary of data from those tests has been approved for public distribution and can be accessed at the following website:
http://www.its.dot.gov/presentations/pdf/V2V-I_DSRC_PER-RSS.pdf

We expect to present this PER vs. RSSI data in a future Tiger Team meeting, perhaps next Friday.

Best Regards,
John
