I just saw an FCC Public Notice indicating that the April 23rd Open Meeting will include:

Citizens Broadband Radio Service: The Commission will consider a Further Notice of Proposed 

Rulemaking that would implement an innovative three-tier spectrum sharing approach to make up to 150 

megahertz of spectrum available for wireless broadband use in the 3550-3700 MHz band.

This means we will have an FNPRM for this band in a couple of weeks. We will be establishing a Tiger Team to address this soon.
