[STDS-802-11-TGAF] Uploaded document 11-12/0957r0 "Clause 3.2 additions proposal"

All,
 
I uploaded the above document which adds definitions for "TVHT_MODE_1 physical layer convergence procedure (PLCP) protocol data unit (PPDU): " which in turn are simpler versions of "40 MHz physical layer convergence procedure (PLCP) protocol data unit (PPDU):" and nothing about "mask PPDUs" versus plain PPDUs.
