[STDS-802-11-TGAF] REMINDER: Teleconference, Tuesday, January 29th

All:

As you all know, TGaf D3.0 is out for recirculation Letter Ballot (#192), but as I mentioned in Vancouver, we will have regulatory updates to discuss.

The NPRM FCC 12-118 closed on January 25th, and there are, as of this morning a few minutes ago, 190 310 comments posted (more to come). Among the more significant responses are those from the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), AT&T and Verizon.  We will focus on these on this call. To find these, and all the other comments filed, go to: apps.fcc.gov/ecfs/comment_search/execute?proceeding=12-268

We should also discuss the NTIA document from last week regarding the upcoming NPRM for the 5 GHz bands.  Although it does not directly affect the TVWS, there are implications for all spectrum sharing technologies. I have attached the NTIA document to this notice.
