[STDS-802-11-TGAH] TGah editor

The current TGah editor is giving up this position. I'd like to thank Minyoung for the tremendous effort in getting the group to draft 1.0.

I'll announce, that TGah is looking for an editor, during the conference call on November 7th and at the beginning of the face to face meeting in Dallas. On the face to face agenda, I'll add an item to select an editor on Thursday the 14th of November.

There is currently one volunteer for the editor position.
