[STDS-802-11-TGAH] TGah Draft 2.1 available

Hello all,

TGah Draft 2.1 is now available in the members area. Draft 2.1 has updates from motions passed at the July meeting in San Diego. 
Thanks to Alfred Asterjadhi, our editor, for his work on the draft. Also, I appreciate Eric Wong, Zander Lei and Carol Ansley for reviewing the Draft 2.1!
