For those affected by the attendance issue, you received an e-mail from From: IEEE-SA [mailto:sa-ballot@xxxxxxxx] notifying you of the cancellation after your initial recording of your attendance for that slot.

Please forward me that e-mail if you did not rerecord your attendance, as a way to help document your condition.

To those that attended the TGah Thurs PM2 meeting during the Sept Interim-Athens:

The slot for TGah Thurs PM2 was temporary removed, and we lost the list of those that had marked their attendance for that slot only.

An effort to restore all those that were in attendance was made with a request to check and ensure that your attendance for that slot was done prior to the closing time of the slot in the meeting room and hallway outside the room, but there may be a few individuals that had left the TGah meeting room prior to the announcement as TGah had just adjourned.

If you are one whose attendance was lost, and your attendance is in jeopardy (<75% attendance for the week) due to this one mtg slot, then please send me an email and I will work with Adrian to ensure credit for attending that slot is recorded.

If your attendance on Thursday TGah PM2 session were not recorded and you couldn't meet the attendance credit (>=75%) as missing one time slot, please send an email to a WG chair for asking your attendance record.
