[STDS-802-11-TGAH] TGah timeline update

Hello all,

During the previous week, the TGah timeline (http://www.ieee802.org/11/Reports/802.11_Timelines.htm) has been updated.
Please refer the below tentative schedule. Main change is that an initial Sponsor Ballot is moved to July 2015.

Second WG Recirc (Draft 4.0) : Jan 2015 (will be started shortly when Draft 4.0 is ready)
MEC/MDR Done : Feb 2015
Third WG Recirc (Draft 5.0) : March 2015
Form Sponsor Ballot Pool : Apr 2015
Fourth WG Recirc (Draft 5.0 unchanged) : May 2015
EC conditional approval : July 2015 
Initial Sponsor Ballot (Draft 5.0) : July 2015

Also, for the comment resolution of LB205, I appreciate for all volunteers, Matthew, Alfred, Liwen, Jason, Sayantan, Enrico, James, Kaiying, Chao-Chun, Betty, Jianhan, Zander, Shoukang, Yuan, Po-Kai, Eugene, Mingguang.
