[STDS-802-11-TGAH] Cancel TGah BRC meeting on February 16 and February 23

Hello all,

I and Aflred (TGah technical editor) are working with our WG chair for initiating a Sponsor Recirculation Ballot asap.
Probably, it is expected to start a Sponsor Recirculation Ballot on tomorrow. Then, the Sponsor Recirculation Ballot will be closed on March 1.
So, I would like to cancel TGah BRC meeting scheduled on February 16 and February 23.
