I'm opposed to the reject resolution to 3159 and 3277. Both comments refer to the use of "online" as an adjective to trusted third party and specifically that "online", as used in this context, is not defined in the draft.
The reject resolution to 3159 states: " the certification authority described in the clause is also a trusted third party but it does not need to be on-line during the exchange, contra the FILS with a TTP exchange". Fine, but none of this addresses the problem raised by the comment.
The reject resolution to 3277 states: "online" is an adjective [m]odifying "trusted third party". It has nothing to do with a STA connecting and becoming "online". Again, the resolution fails to address the problem raised by the comment.
