We uploaded the updated versions for comments resolution as below. These documents reflect the discussions in the ad=hoc group. We left the CID 5056 and CID 4673 open for further discussions in the TGai group. These two CIDs are related to a CID/text proposed during the Letter Ballot by Stephen McCann (BlackBerry), who we hope that can address the necessity of avoiding value "0" for the CAG version number either during the IEEE meeting or via email discussion on this reflector.
