Re: [STDS-802-11-TGAI] comment resolutions

I have the following feedback (I provided this to Rob Sun last week) on
the proposed resolution for CID 6107:

What "filtering rules for the accelarated FILS authentication schemes"
are being referring to?

What "allows the FILS specific key materials being managed in the safe
state"? What safe state? Why is managing key materials any of the business
of the clause 10.3 states, which are about the frames you are allowed to
exchange? See also my comment 6332:

The purpose of the States in 10.3 is to define what kinds of frames may be sent when.
The introduction of a State 5 is not necessary.

What is the difference between State 5 and State 2, in the context of
subclause 10.3?

Are there any frames which can be sent when you're in State 2 but not
when you're in State 5, or vice-versa?

Why can't a FILS STA just go from State 1 to State 2 (directly) to State 4,
as e.g. happens for FT?
