[STDS-802-11-TGAI] TGai update of Comment Spreadsheet and Motion Tab

Happy New Year!
I have prepared a motion tab from the minutes of all previous telcos in November and December 2015.
The tab "2016-01-05-telco" is contained in

and I would like to entertain a motion in the upcoming telco to approve the resolutions.
The tab does also contain editorial resolutions for Annex A as provided by our Editor.
Please review the tab and let me know if you would like to consider any included proposed
resolutions in an individual motion.
