[STDS-802-11-TGAK] Revised text for P802.1AC-REV Clause 12
I've uploaded version 2 of my suggestions for text updates for
P802.1AC-REV. I've done my best to combine the comments from 802.1 in
York with comments from both 802.1 and 802.11ak people made during the
latest joint conference call. It is (or shortly will be) at:

This contribution also makes some suggestions for a drastically simplified
802.3 section, which seems to be very much out-of-date. (It seems to
assume that link aggregation is under 802.3.) I think by now we should be
able to have the convergence functions map between service primitives,
instead of mapping the ISS service primitives to fields in the frames on
the wire, as we had to do 15 years ago. Consider this an advance ballot
comment on P802.1AC-REV D0.2.
