IEEE 802.11(TM) Comment Collection 17
To: IEEE 802.11 Voters,
With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Comments Comment Collection 17 (CC17), which is a Comment Collection on the question "Please provide comments on P802.11ad_D0.01.".
This Comment Collection opens Fri Mar 28, 2014 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 28 days later on Fri Apr 25, 2014 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions that can be found on the IEEE 802.11 web site at http://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/CC17ak/CC17_instructions.html.
Important:
o This is a 28-day comments collection period.
o Anybody who has access to the draft may provide comments.
o You need to vote in order to provide comments, but what you vote does not matter (i.e., has no effect).
o If you are an 802.11 voter, this comments collection will have no effect on your 802.11 membership, regardless of whether you respond or not.
o You must follow these instructions to provide comments. Do not send an email to provide comemnts.
o Providing comments by any method other than the web-based process described here will result in your comments being discarded.
o The draft is password protected in accordance with IEEE 802 Policies and Procedures. To obtain the draft, use the username and the password supplied to active members for the 802.11 WG private area.
(The attached file contains a reminder set for 4 days before the close of the ballot. You may find it helpful to import this into or open this with your calendar client in order to get an automated reminder.)
