This  snuck up on me (again)...

I've posted a 562r3, with comments received from Donald, Dick and Joe.  Apologies to Norm (still listed as an author), if he disagrees with any of the changes, I didn't have time to confer with him.

Joe has also done further work since this, which I think has only gone to the small subset of people...  - Joe, I intentionally did not include that in my r3, as I think you should present it.  (Not that I disagree with it, but it is a substantial addition, and you should get credit and blame, equally! ;) )
