[STDS-802-11-TGAK] Three modes of GLK-GCR

To capture the results of discussion at the F2F session, we believe this describes the three modes of GLK-GCR.  This email is primarily intended to informally document this for all of us, but also if anyone sees any error or confusion in these descriptions, let us know on the reflector, of course.

 

1.1.  Three modes:

1.1.1.     A-MSDU with only one MSDU subframe, using 3 address format, and carrying DA in the MSDU subframe header.  Note that this cannot use the short form A-MSDU, since the DA does not equal the RA

1.1.2.     4 address MPDU, with a single MSDU

1.1.3.     A-MPDU carrying 4-address MPDUs, each of which has a single MSDU

1.1.4.     For all three cases, the RA is a SYNRA
