[STDS-802-11-TGAK] Updated comment resolutions spreadsheet and TGAk AM2 session tomorrow

Hi,

I have uploaded 11-17/0025r1 which shows the spreadsheet updates made during the PM1 TGak session today and also has the follow eight CIDs, which I believe are non-controversial Editorial comments, marked Accept and Ready for motion.
1407, 1421, 1436, 1437, 1438, 1440, 1442, and 1250

At the AM2 session tomorrow, my plan is to
  1. work on unresolved comments, particularly CID 1402 and any other SYNRA related comments
  2. vote on all resolutions marked as Ready for motion in 11-17/0025r1.
