[STDS-802-11-TGAK] GLK Capabilities Element ID
The P802.11ak draft current specifies use of an Element ID for the GLK
Capabilities element but uses an Element ID Extension for the GLK-GCR
Parameter Set element. Using an Element ID requires approval by the
802.11 WG which has been controversial in the past for some attempts
to get approval.
The MDR review of P802.11ak_Draft D3.0 recommends going to the
Extension form for both of these, which can just be allocated by the
ANA and does not require WG approval. Overall, I think this is a good
idea and will put a motion to make this change on the TGak first
session agenda in Vancouver.
