FYI...Ron was instrumental in the development of the 802.11af PHY, and I would wholeheartedly â??support his nomination for TGAF vice-chair. Rich Kennedy IEEE802.11af Chair Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
Hi All, here is some background on Ron regarding VC nomination: Ron has considerable experience in 802.11. He contributed to 802.11ac PHY design and was instrumental in defining 802.11af from basic structure to bringing it to completion. He is co-chair for the 802.11ah PHY
ad-hoc group, was editor of the 802.11ah channel model document and heavily contributed towards the PHY design of 802.11ah. He has led the creation of the HEW study group and is currently editor of the evaluation methodology document in 802.11ax. He has submitted
