Thanks for resolving a lot of editorial comments.

Regarding the resolution of CID 2416, I have one concern.

While converting 11-16/24r1 word doc to PDF file, Gamma_{k_BW}=1 was lost. Fix it as specified in 11-16/24r1. I.e., In HE modulated fields, Gamma_{k_BW}=1 in all the subcarriers.

As per comment

REJECTED (EDITOR: 2016-05-11 17:45:08Z) - Gamma^k_BW = 1 was removed editorially since it was contradicted by subsequent equations for specific values of BW.

It seems that removed word is not contracted with the subsequent equation.

"is used to represent a rotation of the tones. In HE modulated fields, in all the subcarriers. In pre-HE modulated fields, BW in Gamma^k_BW is determined by the TXVECTOR parameter CH_BANDWIDTH as defined in Table 26‑14."

As you can see, first sentence is referring the HE modulated fields and second sentence is referring the pre-HE modulated fields. All subsequent equations are defining the Gamma^k_BW values in Table 26-14.

If you still think that it is a technically contradicted wording, could you reassign it to a technical comment? Because the your changed wording from D0.1 is still incomplete sentence.
