Hi Osama,

I would like to ask for the procedure to make a presentation in a conference call.
We have many backlogged presentations which was submitted during the
July 2016 face-to-face meeting.

For the scheduling purpose,  it will be good for an author of a submission
when the submission can be presented.

Do we need to request agenda time to give presentation?
