As I understand there is PAR modification form. The document I referred to was only to show the changes made to the scope of the TG PAR.

 

I appreciate your help. Yes, I’ll need you help to use the correct form.

Hi Osama,

   While the document you cite shows the changes that are being proposed, the form itself is not the correct form.

A PAR Modification form will need to be created and filled in prior to posting to the EC and to NesCom.
