Hi All,

I ‘v got the attendee list for next week’s TGax MAC ad hoc meeting from Osama, thanks for responding the ePoll.

Some more logistics:

Meeting Time:

According to Osama, the meeting starts 10am on Wed Sept 6^th , please arrive slightly earlier and meet us in the main lobby at 5488 Marvell Ln, will need some paperwork to get the pre-printed badges. On Thursday and Friday we informed our security that we will start 9am each day, but we may decide to start later if people prefer.

Parking:

We were able to reserve a convenient parking lot for this event, please refer to the attached map for the location of the reserved parking spaces, or follow the “EVENT PARKING” Sign when getting to our campus.

As approved in Berlin meeting, we will have a 3-day MAC ad hoc meeting at Marvell campus, Santa Clara CA, Sept 6-8.

Attached please find the info about driving direction, parking info and nearby hotels, please arrange your trip accordingly. Lunch tickets will be provided for the meeting days. More meeting logistics info will be available when it gets closer.

For better preparing the meeting, we do need the name/affiliation from the attendees, could you let us know if you plan to attend by filling up the table below at your earliest convenience (please copy Osama too)?
