Hello all,

Here are some last minute logistics information for the May ad-hoc meeting in Rennes

è If you arrive by train:

Because the Rennes rail station is under refurbishing, here are extra explanation to find your way (have a look to the attached ppt).

The Hotel and the meeting rooms are on the North of the station. To go to the hotels or meeting room, follow the “Sortie Centre-ville” signs (Town-center exit).

The meeting room is located in the MDA (Maison Des Associations). To go directly from the train station to the meeting room, find and follow the blue line (see Bvd Magenta picture)...

è If you arrive by Plane:

Just give the name of your hotel to the taxi (for the Novotel, do not forget to mention the full name “Novotel Gare”, since there are several Novotels in Rennes).

If you want to reserve your taxi in advance, or if there is no more taxi in the line (and you don’t want to wait), you can call one of the following phone numbers :

In the meeting room, you can use the WiFi connection:
