Hi Mark, I have checked table 27-4. It is non-preamble puncture or preamble puncture for non-HT duplicate. It follows different logic as preamble puncture
for HE MU PPDU (ensure 2 content channels for the Rx). My suggestion is not to touch it as it is not related with any of the three comments. How about you or someone bring one comment regarding that.
