On Behalf Of Cordeiro, Carlos Friendly reminder. If you have not already uploaded your contribution, please do so ASAP.

On Behalf Of Cordeiro, Carlos Hi All, I have consolidated all the input I received and uploaded a new revision of the spreadsheet with the final assignment. Please see
https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/16/11-16-1412-03-00ay-sfd-assignment-for-11ay-draft-creation.xlsx. To do that, the process I followed was as follows: 1)
I’ve tried to balance the assignment across all those who volunteered. 2)
Each section number was assigned to a single primary assignee. 3)
For those sections where there were no volunteers or no volunteers for primary assignee, I put my name down. Basically, I am just filling the gaps. Please review the entire spreadsheet and let me know of any proposed changes. Should there be additional volunteers, please let me know. According to the process (see table below), the next step is for each primary assignee to develop and upload the text contribution by the deadline (Dec 17th). For those making text contributions,
a few suggestions which might be useful when drafting your contributions: a)
As appropriate, I’d suggest using the traditional approach of amending existing sections as much as possible. This will make it much easier for everyone to see how the behavior changes between 11ad and 11ay. b)
Draft text should be as detailed as possible for a spec, while still keeping with the intent of the SFD. The timeline accounts for time for members to review and provide comments to rectify as needed. c)
Naming convention: if possible, please include the SFD section number if the file name of your contributions. This will facilitate tracking. Please feel free to contact me for help or to ask any questions. Thanks, Carlos. From: *** 802.11 TGay - NG60 - Next Generation 60 GHz *** [mailto:STDS-802-11-TGAY@xxxxxxxx]
On Behalf Of Cordeiro, Carlos Hi All, This is the official call for volunteers to develop draft spec text for D0.1. The table below has a description of the process and key dates, which reflects what was agreed upon during the last F2F. Pointers
to the latest documents are also provided. Should there be any questions, please feel free to ask me or Edward (TG chair). Documents Latest SFD:

the need to rewrite them. Thanks, Carlos. _______________________________________________________________________________
