[STDS-802-11-TGAY] Working Group has approved to start a Working Group technical letter ballot for D1.0

Hi,

The Working Group has approved to start a Working Group technical letter ballot for D1.0 in the closing plenary yesterday.   Carlos, our Editor, is preparing the draft.   Once it is ready, the letter ballot will be started as soon as possible.
