Hi​,

If you attend the ad-hoc meeting, please note the room is D.F.W.  It is located at the entry level (where you can take the hotel airport shuttle) and close to the FedEx room and the Perks Coffee & Gift shop.

I've uploaded an initial version of the agenda slide deck for the March ad-hoc meeting on March 2 (Friday) and March 3 (Saturday):

[2]  The meeting is started at 9:00am CT, and ended at 5:00pm CT, for both days
[3]  Morning beverage, lunch, and afternoon beverage are started at 10:00am CT, 12:30pm CT, and 3:30pm CT, respectively, for both days.
