[STDS-802-11-TGAY] PAR extension request

Hi,

As you may know, our PAR will be expired on December 31, 2019.

In order for IEEE SA to approve the extension of our PAR, Dorothy and I have prepared a PAR extension request at https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/19/11-19-0673-00-00ay-tgay-par-extension-request.pdf

Please review and let me know if you have any question or comment.  The plan here is to review and discuss on this document on Monday AM2 (the first session of the task group in the May interim) and I will ask the task group to consider approval at a later session in the same interim.
