[STDS-802-11-TGAY] Next TGay CRC call - September 16 (Wednesday)

Hello all,

The TGay CRC passed a motion to approve preparation of P802.11ay D6.0, and the initial Standards Association recirculation ballot. Congratulations to all who have worked together to achieve this milestone!  Please refer to the second last page of the agenda slide deck for the detail of the motion  https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/20/11-20-1151-02-00ay-task-group-ay-august-2020-teleconference-call-agendas.ppt. 

As discussed in the teleconference call, we will start our recirculation ballot in mid September and move the date of RevCom/SASB approval from December 2020 to January 2021.

We will also organize a teleconference call on September 16 during the electronic interim session as follows:

10:00am ET to 11:00am ET, September 16 (Wednesday)

The goals of the call on September 16 are

(1) to reaffirm Sang and Jeorge as our Task Group Vice Chair and Secretary, respectively

(2) to review the updated TGay CRC timeline

(3) to hear presentation that may help facilitate resolving potential comments we will receive in the recirculation ballot.

If there is any one who would like to make any presentation between now and September 16, please do let me know in advance so that I can organize a call with the required 10-day notice.
