Ah, if that is the only delta w.r.t. r5 then I guess that works (still not sure why an r6 can't be produced, especially given the editor has licence). Hello Mark, The group approved 11-17-424-05 for CC, there was no ver 06 at the time. During the Daejeon meeting the FRD only had one requirement added. Motion:
Move to adopt the following text to the 802.11 az Functional Requirements Document (FRD) under the scalability section and grant editorial license to the SFD editor. “In a scalable mode with STA centric location calculation, i.e. STA terminated location calculation, the 802.11az protocol shall support an unlimited number of
STAs to concurrently compute their location” So believe it should be fairly straight FWD to understand what we’re commenting on. Best, Jonathan From: Mark Rison [mailto:m.rison@xxxxxxxxxxx]
I think this will make things more than a bit messy. Could I request that a 17/0424r6 be uploaded consisting of "the Functional Requirement Document 11-17-424-05 with additions made during the May meeting", so that we are clear on what we are commenting on and can
clearly refer to "Relevant section and where available subsection or paragraph number change", please? On Behalf Of Segev, Jonathan Dear TGaz, During the last IEEE week TGaz passed the following motion: “Move to approve the Functional Requirement Document 11-17-424-05 with additions made during the May meeting and start a 45 day comment collection,
limiting the duration of the subsequent comment resolution to the end of the next face to face IEEE 802.11 WG meeting.” With this email the FRD comment collection is hereby initiated.
Comments to the FRD 11-17-424-05 may be submitted till July 1st EOD. To help our editor, comments to FRD should be submitted as a new submission with reference to TG approved FRD for CC including: 1.
Relevant section and where available subsection or paragraph number change refers to. 2.
If applicable indicate the requirement number change is proposed for (TGaz R# where # is the requirement number). 3.
If this is a new requirement indicate preferred section, subsection for new text. Best Regards, Jonathan Segev, Cell (WhatsApp): +972 (54) 2403587
