[STDS-802-11-TGAZ] IEEE TGaz Draft D1.3 uploaded to the members area

Dear TGaz:

Please find D1.3 uploaded to the members area along with a redline version relative to D1.1.

The purpose of D1.3 is to fix a number of formatting issues and apply bug fixes for updates relative to the May meeting. 

We expect to release a D1.4 version soon after the Ad Hoc meeting this week that will include all the CID resolutions from the July meeting in Vienna with a redline version relative to D1.3.
