I guess lower down in the thread the info was there that it is planned to end at 5:30 pm (and start at 9 am).

Hello all,

 

TGaz ad hoc is scheduled for Sep. 4-6th, here are the meeting logistics:

  1. Parking: anywhere on campus or the parking garage.
  2. Morning meeting spot: 8:45 for all days, 280 Innovation Drive Building E (see map below).
  3. Morning check-in: use one of the two touchpads.

Guests need to fill out *all* fields and enter Nehru's full email address (nehru.bhandaru@xxxxxxxxxxxx) in the ‘HOST’ field. 

It will dispense a label badge to wear. 

Note: guests will need to check-in each day.

  1. We will meet in conference room # 1 (first room closest to the front desk).
  2. Internet connectivity: once guest checks-in the system will email them the login credentials. 

They are good for the whole three days.

Hello all,

 

As per TG and WG approval TGaz is planned to have a 3 day had hoc running Sep. 4th – 6th.

Meeting coordinates:

  • When: September 4th-6th, 2019 9:00-17:30 for all days, sponsored by Broadcom.
  • Where: 280 Innovation Drive (Bldg. E2), San Jose CA 95134 USA.
