Looking at the two CIDs you mention:
3328 Type General in Section 9.4.2.296
3889 Type General in Section 9.4.2.296
These were requested in your email on 8th Jan 2020 when you asked for a number of sections to resolve CIDs.
I can mark them as unassigned in 17r7 and find somebody else to take them on.

Hi Roy,
Looks like in 11/20-17r6 I am listed as assigned CIDs 3889 and 3328 which are outside the sections
I am currently working on resolving CIDs in. Could there be someone else that might want to work on resolving these?
(By the way, CID 3328 looks like an editorial CID.)
