Dear TGaz,,
Please find the latest 802.11az D2.3 draft, and its redline compared to D2.0 now available in the members area.
D2.3 includes all motioned changes up to the beginning of September 2020.
Please validate that any motions that you authored are correctly represented in the new draft.
If you find any corrections are needed, let us know ASAP, and we'll make the edits in the D2.4 draft.
Finally, as it's an IEEE electronic meeting week, next week (Sept 14-18th), please update any submissions you will be presenting to be relative to D2.3.
You can help the editors by using the following guidelines in your edit instructions:
1. Don't just rely on page number references.
2. Please add references relative to a section/subsection boundary.
3. Include a sentence from the original draft just before your insert/changes, to clarify where the insert is intended to be.
4. Make a note if you are changing or inserting/deleting into the baseline, use hard underlines and strikethroughs to show the changes/insertions/deletions.
5. For all new 11az sections and subsections, use only the regular track changes redline.
These simple steps can really speed the editors along.
Thank you,
--Roy & ChaoChun (Technical Co-editors)
