Thanks for going through all these so quickly. I'd ask however, that you reconsider #348 and #413. We can talk next week, but in both cases if you still want to reject them the reason will have to be rewritten - currently the reason for rejecting doesn't correspond to what the comment asked.

            Note that since these comments are editorial, I directly type in the resolution in a spreadsheet without preparing a word document.
