Dear colleagues,
For all of us not being affiliated with an ITU member there is the possibility to establish a personal TIES account under the IEEE sector membership. You'll find details how to set up a personal TIES account on
slide 23 of the following slide set: https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/14/ec-14-0021-02-INTL-itu-standing-committee-agenda.pdf
I just checked my TIES account under the IEEE sector membership according to the referenced slide, and it still works fine after years of inactivity.
Please let me know whether the guidance of the slide set of 2014 is still valid.
Bye
Max
