please find the updated draft motion text for tomorrow on mentor:

I added the Jul 8 telco minutes to the motion for approval.

I included the most recent revision numbers for the motion to approve SFD changes since our Editor
has uploaded an update following the Jul 8 telco.

Please note that the draft motion text has already been approved by the WG Chair.
