following the teleconference yesterday, I've made some more changes to 11-20-1197r2 that is now on the server.
Here's a summary of the items that have been updated in 11-20-1197r2 based on the discussion during the teleconference:
1) All occurrences of "eBCS UL Capabilities" are now present and have been marked for a change to "eBCS Capabilities".
2) The "Register for eBCS" bit has been removed from the broadcast sub-field. It has been replaced by a "Receive Capability" bit, which indicates that an AP is capable of receiving uplink traffic.
3) Figure 9-bc10 has been re-arranged with a control field indicating which optional sub-fields are present.
However, I've not introduced an "eBCS ID" at the moment, as I would like some more time and feedback for this identifier.
