[STDS-802-11-TGBC] Services to service in ANQP-elements?

Dear all, 
in the last confcall it was agreed that EBCS means Enhanced Broadcast Service, in the singular form. Regarding the ANQP-element, Enhanced Broadcast Services ANQP-element, should it be also in singular?, so it will read Enhanced Broadcast Service ANQP-element
