Dear all,
Yunbo and I have been discussing this CID and have come to the conclusion that the issue is better addressed in another TG and not TGbc. Therefore may I proposed the following resolution, which I've agreed with Yunbo:
"Rejected: The TG decided that this comment is not within the scope of TGbc."
