FYI – In the current 802.11 and 802.18 meeting plans there are no conflicting 802.18 and TGbd meeting times.
(Note: the meeting plan times discussed in this email are not yet final and are subject to change, they are based on the current meeting plan generated by the 802.11 CAC. I assume that the TGbd leadership will attempt to preserve the
no conflict schedule.)
802.18 is scheduled to meet Tuesday, 14 Jan, in the AM2 (10:30-12:30) and Thursday, 16 Jan, in the AM1 (8:00-10:00) time slots.
802.11 meeting plan 802.11 TGbd is not scheduled for either of the 802.18 meeting times. (The current 802.11 tentative meeting plan has: Tuesday AM2: ax, SENS, ba, AANI, and bc. Thursday AM1: be(mac/phy ad hocs), az, and RCM.
802.11 TGbd is scheduled to meet Monday PM2, EVE, Tuesday PM2, Wednesday PM1, and Thursday AM2.

Thank you very much for the response and information on the procedure for presenting an 802.11bd position to 802.18.
Just to clarify however, my intention was more on an individual level, to try and make it easier for 11bd participants to attend the 802.18 sessions (if there is such option in terms of planning).

Thanks for your suggestion.
The liaison with 802.18 is on WG level so we have to get our position approved by 802.11 WG before anyone present it in 802.18 on behalf of 802.11(bd). But if any 11bd member is interested in
presenting personal opinion in 802.18, I can try talking with the 802.18 chair to find a slot for related topics in 802.18 when there's no 11bd session in parallel.

In light of the FCC proposal situation and the expectation for some interesting discussions within 802.18, I would like to propose (if possible) to try and avoid an overlap between the NGV and the .18 sessions
during the January meeting.

I'd like to thank everyone who participated in this week's meetings or contributed to the FRD/SFD and the spec draft development.
As agreed in our meeting, we will have two teleconferences before Jan f2f meeting as below.
- Dec 3, 9:00am ~ 11:00am, EST
- Dec 17, 9:00am ~ 11:00am, EST
Please note that from next TC we will use
WEBEX platform and I will announce the detailed bridge information and the agenda for each TC asap.
As usual, if you have any presentation for discussion, please upload your presentation to mentor server and send an email to me 24 hours before your preferred teleconference. If I don't receive any
announcement of presenting plan or new items to discuss 24 hours before a teleconference, that teleconference will be cancelled and the group will be informed.
Note 1 - 802.11 WG Operation Manual requests “Teleconferences are a means to prepare input for sessions provided that the teleconference date, time, agenda, and arrangements are announced on the
TG email reflector at least 10 calendar days prior to the teleconference date"
