I'm really sorry for the webex issue which caused the delay of the TGbd TC on Sep 1st, and thank you all for tolerating the inconvenience and coming back to meeting. Especially, thanks to Jon for providing a new webex meeting number so that we could continue our meeting and finish all working items of this TC.

Unfortunately the TC issue is not fixed yet.
We still have lots of items in agenda. So I will keep working on that. The TC will be cancelled if we cannot fix it before 11:am, ET.

I'm sorry that the TGbd TC has technical issue again. I cannot claim the chair role with the assigned host key. I will try fixing it together with WG leadership. The meeting will be postponed for 15 mins and I'll keep you updated once there's progress.
