Hello, all,

In today's teleconference, TGbd has approved resolutions to all comments from WG Recirculation LB 261 and there're no tech changes to 11bd D4.0. Therefore the condition for SA Ballot on 11bd D4.0 is met and the potential unchanged recirculation is not needed.

Since the 1st 30-day SA Ballot for IEEE P802.11bd D4.0 will start in following days, I'm hereby announcing the cancellation of the TGbd TCs on Apr 12 and 15.
