[STDS-802-11-TGBE] TGbe Teleconference [02/13/2020]: Updated Agenda

Hello all, 

This is a reminder that we have the third conference call of the series scheduled for this Thursday (February 13th) between 19:00-22:00 ET.

Please note that there is an electronic straw poll planned, hence please take a look at the guidelines posted at the end of the agenda document (providing it at the end of this e-mail for reference). 

This conference call will be Joint and we will use Join.me for the Joint call (please see below for dial-in details).

Below is a list of the contributions that are expected to be presented (in green) and contributions that are in the back up queue (in yellow), i.e., that may be discussed if there is time.
If your name appears in the list please make sure to attend the meeting and that your contribution is uploaded to the IEEE mentor server. If you cannot attend the conf call please send a notification prior to the conference call. 
In addition, please note that for each contribution i will note the number of SPs I found (or was notified) for each document. 
If you do plan to run a SP please send a notification asap so that we can plan accordingly (need to setup an e-poll etc, details to follow in a separate e-mail if necessary).

Guideline-Running StrawPolls

  1. Use ePoll system; Finalize SP wording.

¾    Approve (YES)/Disapprove (NO)/Abstain are the only options

  1. Link to poll will be put in chat window at time of SP
  2. Members on call indicate their preference
  3. Poll closed after 2 minute window (or so)
  4. Must have internet access and be on the call to participate
  5. Results reported

 

Note: This is the first time that such a system is being used for this purpose and as such we will learn/adjust as we go.
